2. Scope of the service
Compararmisseguros is a free comparison and informational matching service. We are not an insurance company or an insurance broker: we do not issue policies, we do not collect premiums and we do not provide advice on taking out cover. Our role is to connect the user with a maximum of three partner insurance companies so that they can provide their own quotes.
3. Terms of use
The user undertakes to provide truthful, personal and up-to-date data and to use the site lawfully. Submitting third-party data without consent, as well as any automated or fraudulent use of the form, is prohibited.
4. Prices and information shown
The prices, cover and ratings shown on this site are indicative and based on publicly available Spanish market information. They do not constitute a binding offer. The final price and conditions of any policy are the sole responsibility of the insurer issuing it.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for the commercial decisions, contractual terms, prices or service quality of the partner insurers. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or the absence of errors, although we strive to keep the information up to date.

The content, texts, designs and graphic elements of this site are protected by intellectual property law. The trademarks and names of the insurance companies mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and information purposes only.
